Rain, Rain, Go Away

Or maybe not...because I actually like this outfit that I wore earlier in the week when it was supposed to rain.

I hate the rain itself but I love when I get the chance to wear my rain boots. It took me forever to decide on a pair but I am so glad I chose these in a deep deep purple color! Since the boots have to be my favorite part of the outfit; the tights are my second favorite part. I will never be able to get enough of the mixing patterns trend because it is just SO FUN. Polka dots and floral = <3.

 

Dress: Forever21 (thifted for $8 - Plato's Closet)

Cardigan: Target (thifted for $3 - Goodwill)

Belt: usual

Tights; Forever21 ($6)

Boots: Hunter's ($130)

 

Plato's Closet is a store that I rarely go to anymore because I feel the quality of the clothing has declined. Whenever I shop there I feel as if I am only looking at Hollister polos and American Eagle button downs and short skirts. I occasionally find a dress I like but its rare. And the store rips you off when you try and sell your own clothing to them. I'm going to stick to higher end places from now on and get better quality even if I have to spend a little more money.
