Floral + Leopard

I just got this dress and I am absolutely loving it! Sorry for the late night post...I got caught up in homework and other shenanigans of a college student hahaha

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love the dress because it is this ultra soft (almost silk like) material and the top (covered by my scarf..oops) is collared and is shaped like a linen dress shirt; but its a dress! As usual, I'm mixing patterns here because it's my favorite thing to do! My roommate has recently informed me that she doesn't think that leopard print and stripes go together and I wanted to cry! I've been looking for the perfect darker colored leopard print scarf to pair with my striped shirts and dresses and now I feel discouraged! What is your take on stripes and leopard print?! I think they look adorable together.
