Hey there!

My name's Jayne (pronounced Janie) and I hope you enjoy my blog! I'm just an average girl who loves fashion and has an obsession with anything that has to do with France! Bisous! (:

Two Posts in One Today

Whenver I'm having an off day I tend to change my outfit more than once...and today was no different. I'm not sure what was wrong; I just felt a little down for some reason. After some coffee later in the day I felt a little better and now as I'm typing this in my room with some friends to keep me company I feel like that was all I needed really. Friends and coffee. The cure for a down day!

The first thing I put on today consisted of this plus a striped blazer; but I wasn't feeling the blazer with it after a few hours so I put on this black top under the dress since it was quite cold out! The heels are just for show; I wore flats to class.

Dress: Forever21 ($15)
Shirt: Thifted ($2)
Belt: Thifted ($2)
Shoes: Thifted ($5)
Necklace: Belk's (gift)

Outfit #2:
After I decided that I didn't like the first outfit so much (mainly because I was SO COLD), I put this warm cozy number on. Cardigans/sweaters, scarves, with jeans and boots are really a fall/winter staple.

Cardigan: Forever21 ($15)
Scarf: Market in New York ($5)
Jeans: Thifted ($8)
Boots: Cathy Jean ($30)

Anyone have off days like the one I had today?

  2. I change outfits a lot, too. That's probably why we like fashion. It's fun to change and feel good about what you're wearing, even if it takes a few tries. You look great in both!

  3. I love the first look, but can totally relate to the second look. I've had days like the ones you write about-- generally I'll just try to keep the chin up in the public eye, and then let myself crash (into comfy clothes) when I get home. I'm happy to hear that coffee and friends were able to put you back on track :)
